I’m going to slowly start making new blank patch charts for synths without patch memory. I’ve just got one so far, but hopefully it will be useful to someone.

This includes both portrait and landscape versions.
NOTE: This is setup to make double-sided printing a bit easier. If you print the entire document you will get both portrait and landscape. To print only portrait or landscape, print pages 1-2 or 3-4, respectively.
